LuxeLane Return Policy

Orders Shipped Within the United States

At LuxeLane, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with SKU label included
  • We currently do not offer exchanges

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

Once your return request has been approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

For split shipments/orders arriving in multiple packages, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns that do not meet the requirements above may:

  • be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or
  • be declined entirely

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • the wrong item was sent, or
    • the item arrived damaged

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates & lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Wholesale/open-pack orders
