LuxeLane is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your local government.

Under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, imported orders with goods valued over $800 USD per person per day may be subject to additional taxes and import fees upon shipment.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to LuxeLane.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

LuxeLane is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LuxeLane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
